Hello! These are the terms for using Clara, the friendly voice that calls to chat with you.

What Clara Does

Clara is an automated phone service that calls you daily at a scheduled time.

  • 👋Has a friendly conversation with you
  • 💬Asks how you're doing
  • 📧Sends a brief summary to your family member

You Are in Control

  • 🛑Say "stop calling me" anytime to end the service
  • 📞Ask your family member to pause or cancel
  • ✉️Email us at support@claracalls.com

Important: What Clara Is Not

Clara is a friendly daily call service. Clara is NOT:

  • ❌A medical service or emergency response
  • ❌A substitute for calling 911 in an emergency
  • ❌A replacement for doctors, nurses, or caregivers

If you have a medical emergency, hang up and call 911.

Privacy

  • 🔒Your conversations are private
  • 📝Only a brief summary is shared with your family
  • 🗑️Recordings are deleted within 14 days

Your Stories Become Art

  • 🎨Clara paints a watercolor picture inspired by each conversation
  • 📬Your family receives it as a postcard by email
  • 🖼️We may share Clara's artwork on our website and social media
  • 🔒Your name and personal details are never included — just the picture
