1Service Description

Clara ("we," "us," or "our") provides a daily call service for elderly individuals ("Seniors"). Our service consists of automated phone calls to Seniors and email summaries to the account owner.

2Eligibility

To use Clara, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to arrange services for the Senior you are registering. You represent that you have obtained appropriate consent from the Senior before enrolling them in our service.

3Senior Consent

Calls to Seniors will not begin until the Senior has provided their consent through our designated consent process. Seniors may withdraw their consent at any time by telling Clara during a call or by contacting us directly.

4Billing and Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is immediate — calls stop right away and a prorated refund is issued for the unused portion of your billing period.

5Service Limitations

Important

Clara is not a medical service, emergency response system, or substitute for professional care. Clara does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In case of emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services.

6Data and Privacy

Your use of Clara is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We retain call summaries while your account is active. Transcripts and recordings are deleted after 14 days. After cancellation, all data is deleted within 30 days.

7Content Ownership

All artwork, illustrations, and postcard designs generated by Clara ("Generated Content") are the property of Creative Technology LLC. You receive a personal, non-commercial license to use, display, print, and share postcards created in connection with your account.

Clara may use Generated Content for marketing and promotional purposes, including posting to social media platforms such as Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook. When we share artwork publicly, we remove all personally identifying information and replace any descriptive text with generic, anonymized descriptions. The artwork itself depicts general scenes (e.g., a garden, a sunset, people walking) and does not contain identifiable likenesses of real individuals.

Your conversation content remains yours. Our rights under this section apply only to the AI-generated artwork, not to the stories, memories, or personal information shared during calls.

8Free Demo Call & Watercolor Postcard

Clara offers a free demo experience. When you provide your phone number, Clara will call you for a brief conversation (approximately 2–5 minutes). Based on your conversation, Clara will generate a watercolor-style digital postcard and display it on the website.

By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive one phone call from Clara at the number provided. Your phone number is retained in our systems and by our telephony provider (Retell AI) as part of the call record. You will not be added to any call list or marketing list.

The watercolor postcard generated from your call may be displayed on the Clara website at a shareable URL. No personally identifying information is included on the postcard. If you would like your postcard removed, contact support@claracalls.com.

You must be 18 years or older to use this service. Demo calls are currently available to US phone numbers only. Clara is not a medical, emergency, or crisis service.

9Limitation of Liability

Clara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
